Posthorn Cottage, Self catering, holiday rental in Broad Street, Ludlow, Shropshire

Posthorn Cottage is a comfortable, three storey cottage located in the town centre; adjacent to a quiet courtyard, off Broad Street, Ludlow. It is one of two adjoining properties which have been tastefully modernised to combine up to date amenities with old world charm. It is conveniently placed for all Ludlow's attractions, with shops, restaurants, cafes and places of interest such as the Castle, Market Square and St Laurence's Church all only a few minutes walk from the door. The train station and bus routes are also within easy walking distance.
The cottage offers accommmodation on three floors:
		On the GROUND FLOOR a small entrance hall opens onto the feature oak beam staircase, with a dining/sitting room leading off. The dining/ sitting room, which features a wood floor and open fireplace overlooks a private patio area. This room is furnished with dining table and chairs, easy chairs, radio/CD system and TV.
The Kitchen
A well-equipped kitchen, which has recently been refurbished throughout, leads off the dining/sitting room. Appliances include washing machine, electric oven, fridge with small freezer section and microwave.
		On the FIRST FLOOR there are two bedrooms (one twin bedded and one double) and a bathroom which is fitted with a bath and electric shower.
Sitting/Dining Room
On the SECOND FLOOR a small landing leads into a light airy sitting room which overlooks the rooftops towards Clee Hill in the distance. It is furnished with two comfortable modern sofas, occasional tables and TV/DVD player. We also have a plentiful supply of books and games, some of which are to be found in this room and some in bookcases on the two landings. The airing cupboard is also on the top floor; this is where spare blankets and cushions for the patio chairs are kept.
		Outside: The patio area at the back of the cottage, with table and chairs.
BOOKING and PAYMENT DETAILS As we accommodate both short and long term stays, we are flexible about arrival and departure days. We request that guests vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure and arrival time is from 3.00 pm onwards. We request a deposit of £50.00 on booking; this deposit is refundable on cancellation, if we are subsequently able to re-book the cottage. Payment can be by personal cheque or by BACS transfer. FURTHER INFORMATION Due to our town centre position, we are unable to accommodate pets. We have a no smoking policy within the cottage but do permit smoking on the patio outside. ACCESSIBILITY
